Contact messages
When you submit the contact form, the site stores your name, email address, optional service selection and message. I use these details to understand and reply to your inquiry. The administration area also stores reply history and private working notes. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
If email notifications are enabled, the message is also sent to my configured inbox. Replies are sent through the configured mail provider. Visitor replies to those emails arrive at work@damodar.dev; this website does not import that mailbox.
Verification and essential storage
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions. Your browser communicates with Cloudflare, and the server verifies the token before accepting the form. Session cookies support form security and prevent duplicate submissions. Server and security logs may include technical information such as an IP address.
Analytics and advertisements
When enabled, this site uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits. Blog pages may show Google AdSense advertisements. These providers may process device, browser and usage information according to their own policies. Analytics and advertisements are disabled in local development; this policy should be reviewed when production integrations or consent requirements change.
Access and retention
Messages are restricted to authorized administrators. They are kept while needed for the inquiry and related work; there is no automatic deletion schedule in this release. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing work@damodar.dev. Backups may retain earlier copies until they expire.

Contact map
The contact page embeds Google Maps. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser information and use cookies under its privacy policy. The map loads only when you approach it on the page.
Website chat
Chat questions are sent to OpenAI to select relevant published website information. The website does not store conversation transcripts in its database; messages remain in your current browser page. OpenAI may retain API data under its applicable service policies even though response storage is disabled. Please do not put personal or sensitive information into chat questions.
The separate project form stores your name, phone, optional email and message in the private admin inbox. These form fields are not sent to OpenAI. If notifications are enabled, your details are also emailed to the configured inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile and session cookies protect chat and inquiry submissions. The access and retention terms above apply to project inquiries too.
